Join us on the side porch for a Halloween storytime that’s full of not-so-scary fun!
On Thursday, October 23 at 3:00 p.m., guest reader Dalton Knight from the Mississippi Museum of Natural Science will help us discover that bugs are much more than just “creepy crawlies.” With real insect specimens on display, we’ll take a closer look at the fascinating world of creatures often misunderstood as spooky.
Part of our month of Ghosts in the Garden, this seasonal storytime will feature books, crafts, and an extra chance for children to show off their Halloween costumes. The program is outdoors, free, and open to the public—perfect for families looking to enjoy the season together in a welcoming, festive setting.
