Starting Monday, January 27, we will spend several weeks reading and discussing Jesmyn Ward's 2017 novel, Sing, Unburied, Sing. Discussions will be co-led by Suzanne Marrs, professor emerita at Millsaps College and Welty's friend and biographer, and our guest instructor for this series, Dr. Kemeshia Swanson, professor of English and African American Studies at Mississippi State University.
